Fleet Driver Training 

With over 20 years experience and diploma in fleet driver training, I work closely with local businesses across Herefordshire to provide fleet driver training.

How can we help you with driver training for your staff?

• Tailored package of training based on your needs and requirements, primarily based on what or who you are transporting - children, public, chemicals, tooling, trailers.

• Recommend an assessment every 2 to 3 years.

• Provide an initial assessment for new recruits with itemised report.

• Deliver additional training provided to up skill and train individuals to before being re-assessed.

• Provide certificate to client for filing and reference.

• Deliver a package from 1 individual to a group.

Process

• Walk around the vehicle to demonstrate vehicle checks

• Explain how to notice defects and issues with the vehicle

• Demonstrate how to operate doors and side doors including in an emergency

• Explain all controls in the vehicle and how to operate

• Road assessment - experience different driving conditions. Country lanes, town driving, residential.

• Ensure the driver can competently reverse

• Review parking ability

I am Driver Vehicle Standard Agency qualified which I have held for over 20 years along with Cat B - Normal Licence and Cat D1 - Minibus.
